It's time for the first Prints Charming Sunday of a brand spankin' new year! I'm sure like for many of you, here in the northeast it's been exceptionally windy and cold and, well duh, winter. So I thought we could all use a little summer kick in the pants today, with this adorable Vintage 40's Rose Print Puff Sleeve Dress.
